The Square

Jim Scarborough tells about his Star car:

 “Mr. Jesse Bryan had an automobile dealership and he handled Star cars.  So, I bought a Star car from him.  It was a convertible and it had a motor meter out there like a cow’s head with horns sticking out.  And on each end of those horns, there was big lights.  It was a sight, that car was.

 Man, I’d make a trip up to the college and you talk about the gals!  I had ‘em get in that thing and we’d have a time riding around the square…when the law wasn’t watching us!”
