Justice of the Peace Janie Farris will attend the 6 p.m. City Council meeting to swear in Mayor Andy Brauninger at the first regular City Council meeting of the new year (Mayor Brauninger was sworn in by Judge Tracy Sorensen at a special session on December 20).
