Lego Club is an elementary-aged Lego building program held on select Thursdays of each month from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Huntsville Public Library supplies the Legos and encourages participants to build themed creations each session. This month’s Lego Club session will occur on Thursday, February 18.
The Huntsville Public Library will continue holding Beginning Spanish classes for adults at 1:00 p.m. The dates for these classes in February are:February 2February 8February 16February 23

The Huntsville Public Library will continue our monthly Read with the Dogs program in conjunction with Huntsville Pets Helping People. Children are invited to read to trained therapy dogs in 15 minute segments. Participants also receive a sticker with a picture of the dog to whom they read. Participants may sign up for a session beforehand, but sign-up is not required. February’s Read with the Dogs will be on Monday, February 15 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Story Time is on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:45 a.m. at the Huntsville Public Library. Parents and their children are invited to enjoy songs, stories, and crafts with a new theme each session. Family Movie Night will be held on Friday, February 12. The doors to the Community Room will open at 5:00 p.m. with the movie beginning promptly at 5:30 p.m. Family Movie Night is sponsored by the Texas Children’s Health Plan Program. Complimentary drinks and popcorn are served and all viewers are encouraged to bring a pillow or blanket. The Huntsville Public Library will continue to host an Essential Oils Class for adults. February’s class will occur on Monday, February 8 at 5:45 p.m.
Elementary through high school-aged students are invited to Wii Fridays to enjoy Wii video games. Wii Friday will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. February’s session will take place on Friday, February 19.
